1. What Versly is (and isn't)

Versly is a social game where friends make predictions in private groups using virtual credits. Credits are play money. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything else of value, inside or outside the app. Versly is not gambling, betting or a lottery: nothing of monetary value is ever staked or won.

2. Who can use Versly

You must be 18 or over to create an account, and you confirm this during signup. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method (email or Google account) secure.

3. Your content and conduct

You're responsible for the bets, group names and other content you create. Don't use Versly for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to arrange real-money wagers — doing so will get your account suspended. Bets are settled by their creator; their ruling is final within the app.

4. Credits and balances

We may grant, adjust or reset credit balances at any time (for example to fix bugs or abuse). Because credits have no monetary value, no compensation is owed for any change to balances or for loss of access.

5. Advertising

Versly is free to use and may show advertising. Ads are clearly marked as sponsored content.

6. Termination

You can stop using Versly at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

Versly is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, which governs these terms.
